Mikhaila Stettler
Co-FounderMikhaila Stettler is a multi-hyphenate creative leader, visionary strategist and serial entrepreneur. With four decades of experience bridging the worlds of art, wellness, media, and technology, her ventures and creative initiatives merge purpose with innovation.
As co-founder of BrandWitches, her current focus is solving the challenges of building truly generative, sustainable, and profitable businesses… beyond the triple bottom line.
Her background includes roles as president of an online education and publishing company, creative director, brand strategist, director of content strategy, director of video marketing strategy, and executive producer of commercial production for purpose-driven brands.
Earlier in her career, she founded six integrative wellness centers as a holistic doctor (graduating 1st in class, Summa Cum Laude, with a 90% clinical success rate), lifestyle/energy medicine educator, and senior teacher of meditation and mind-body disciplines.
Rebecca is a co-founder of BrandWitches and a creative strategist whose work integrates systems thinking, intuitive perception, and business design. She holds a Doctor of Medicine degree and brings a multidisciplinary background spanning marketing leadership, curriculum development, wellness practice, teaching, and entrepreneurship.
Across her career, Rebecca has specialized in translating complex ideas — psychological, creative, and operational — into clear, usable frameworks. Her diagnostic mindset and ability to synthesize across disciplines allow her to identify root-level patterns quickly and help leaders build organizations that are structurally coherent and capable of sustainable growth.
