the Business Reading
You know there's something more to your business. You just can't quite see what it is.
You started your business because something in you knew it was worth creating. There was an idea, a desire, a vision of what could be possible. Something you wanted to bring into the world, and a feeling that you were the one to do it. And you still believe in it.
But as your business has grown and evolved, so has your relationship with it.
Maybe you're working harder than you ever imagined you would, and the results aren't reflecting everything you're putting in. Maybe you've tried the strategies, followed the advice, hired the experts, made the changes — and things still aren't quite clicking. Maybe your business is thriving, but you can feel that there's another level of possibility you haven't quite found your way into. Or maybe you simply have this persistent feeling that there's something you haven't yet understood. Something you can't quite put your finger on.
You keep turning it over in your mind. Is it your strategy? Your team? Your offers? The market? Is it something you're doing? Something you're not seeing? Or is there an entirely new possibility waiting to emerge? And underneath all those questions is a quieter one:
What am I missing?
We'd love to help you find out.
Your business is more than the business you've built.
We see businesses a little differently.
We understand every business to have a consciousness of its own — a distinct identity, character, purpose, and natural way of operating in the world.
And we believe that the relationship between a founder and her business is one of the most important relationships in the entire enterprise.
Like any relationship, it can be deeply creative, loving, and mutually fulfilling. It can also become complicated.
Our fears, expectations, beliefs, and unconscious patterns shape the way we relate to our businesses, often without our realizing it. And the business itself may be trying to express something that isn't quite making it through the structures, strategies, and decisions we've built around it.
Sometimes that shows up as friction, frustration, or challenges that never seem to fully resolve. Other times, it's a sense that your business is ready for something new — a direction, an expansion, or a way of operating you haven't yet recognized.
And sometimes the thing you're sensing is practical. Sometimes it's personal. Sometimes it's energetic or relational. Often, it's a combination of things.
Without a clear understanding of what's happening beneath the surface, it's easy to spend an enormous amount of time, energy, and money moving in directions that don't quite fit — or overlook possibilities that are already available to you.
That's where we come in.
The Business Reading is an intimate, intuitive exploration of what's really going on with you and your business beneath the surface — and what might be possible from here.
We're two business strategists and intuitive practitioners who work together to perceive the dynamics that aren't always visible from the outside.
We bring our psychic perception, deep attunement, and experience in business strategy and organizational design to the same question:
What's actually happening here?
We tune into the consciousness of your business, your relationship with it, and the underlying dynamics shaping your experience.
We also look at the practical realities of what you've built — your leadership, strategy, team, offers, operations, and the circumstances you're navigating.
We don't come in with a predetermined explanation or a favorite framework to impose on you.
We listen. We attune. We explore what emerges. And we work together to distinguish what matters from all the noise.
Our intention is to help you recognize what you've been sensing but haven't been able to clearly identify — whether that's the source of a recurring challenge, an unseen opportunity, or something entirely unexpected.
Because once you can see what's actually going on, you can begin making choices from a completely different place.
Not from confusion, frustration, or endless second-guessing.
From clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of what's possible.
A different kind of business insight.
Two perspectives.
One deeply considered reading.
One of the things that makes this experience special is that there are two of us.
We're Rebecca and Mikhaila, the co-founders of BrandWitches.
We've spent years working at the intersection of consciousness, human behavior, business strategy, and creative development. We share a deep love for understanding how things work beneath the surface — and for helping people bring what matters most to them into the world.
Our intuitive perceptions are complementary, and working together allows us to go deeper than either of us would alone.
We compare what we're picking up, question our interpretations, and test our impressions against one another. That process helps us recognize blind spots, refine what we're seeing, and arrive at a more complete understanding.
And we care.
We know what it means to love something you're creating. To pour yourself into an idea because you believe in what it could become. To want your work to be meaningful, financially rewarding, beautiful, and genuinely good for the people it touches.
We know how disorienting it can feel when your lived experience doesn't match that vision. And we know the excitement of sensing that something new wants to emerge, even when you can't yet see what it is.
We're not here to judge how you've built your business or tell you what you should have done differently.
We're here to meet you and your business with curiosity, care, clear perception, and a genuine desire to help you see what you haven't been able to see on your own.
What the experience looks like
The Business Reading is a short, focused engagement in three parts.
01 / We get to know you and your business.
We begin with an intake conversation.
You'll tell us about your business, what inspired you to create it, what you're experiencing now, and the questions or possibilities you most want to explore.
There's no need to have everything figured out before we meet. In fact, that's rather the point.
02 / We attune to your business, together.
In our second session, the three of us come together for a guided attunement to your business.
We'll explore its unique consciousness, your relationship with it, and the dynamics and possibilities that may be influencing what's happening beneath the surface.
This is a collaborative, intuitive experience. We'll share what we're perceiving, explore what resonates, and follow what emerges together.
Your own perceptions and experiences are an important part of the process. After all, no one has a relationship with your business quite like you do.
03 / We share what we've found.
Before our next meeting, we will go over everything gleaned from our time with you and locate and clarify the most important dynamics and leverage points moving forward.
Then the three of us will come together for our final session to share our findings and to help you make sense of what we've discovered.
We'll walk you through the most significant insights about what may be contributing to your current experience, and where we believe your attention would be most useful.
There will be space for your questions, reflections, and whatever else the conversation brings to light.
Our hope is that you'll leave with a much clearer understanding of your business, a deeper sense of what's possible, and renewed confidence in how to move forward.
We'd love to meet your business.
We'd love to meet your business.
Whether you've been carrying a question you can't quite answer, sensing that something is missing, or feeling the pull of a possibility you haven't yet been able to name, we'd love to explore it with you.
We believe it's possible to love your business and feel loved by it.
To experience what you're creating as a living, creative partnership — one that fulfills you as you participate in fulfilling its purposes.
The beginning of a fundamental change in how you understand and relate to your business starts with finally understanding what’s actually happening beneath the surface. And stepping into the confidence that comes from knowing what you're working with and where to go next.
